- Items must be in their original packaging and unused (for wrong orders). Defective items must not show signs of misuse or improper handling.
- Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized orders that are correctly fulfilled.
- Damage due to mishandling, improper installation, or accidents.
- Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@canvasandwall.co.za with:
- Order number.
- Photos/video (for defective items).
- Reason for return.
- Await approval and return instructions.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use a trackable courier service and retain proof of postage.
- Ship to: Unit 12 Pendulum Park, Halfway house Midrand, Johannesburg South Africa.
Inspection & Processing
- Returns are inspected within 3–5 working days of receipt.
- If approved, your replacement will be processed.
- Non-compliant returns will be declined and shipped back at your expense.
Replacements
- Approved replacements are shipped within 3–5 working days after approval.
- Free shipping for replacements.
